The site soft launched on October 17th, 2005, in Aruba at the WPT Aruba Poker Classic.  It marked the beginning of our live updates with hand for hand coverage at the WPT Aruba, EPT Barcelona and EPT London events.  We exercised our ability to provide readers with live updates from Europe, Aruba and America.  Two of which were happening simultaneously. 

All were a great success and PokerPressBox received rave reviews! We have since acquired press credentials and the approval of the WPT,  WSOP and various venues for permission to carry live updates of final tables.
