If you are a frequent player
of online poker rooms and
casinos such, you are probably very aware that much of the action that used to
exist in such online poker rooms and casinos has now vanished, due to the
regulations and laws passed down by the United States government in the form of
the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, which made it illegal to allow
banks inside the United States of America to continue facilitating transactions
between online poker rooms and casinos and the players that frequent these
poker rooms. With the troubles that
NETeller and other payment processing services that are based on the Internet
have had in the past with providing players in the United States a reasonable
way to fund their online poker room and casino deposits, it is easy to see why
fewer and fewer players care to sign up for online poker rooms and casinos in
the United States, as it is simply too much of a gamble and the players have
little guarantee that their money will not disappear in a puff of smoke in some
type of frivolous lawsuit between the United States government and online poker
rooms and casinos that cater to United States citizens.
