Neteller News-Getting Better

Those of you who have ever used NETeller, are likely getting tired of hearing all the different spins from the news coming out of a NETeller about your poker money and the likelihood of you ever get it back. News that NETeller will be distributing funds one day is mitigated by the news that they will not be distributing funds the next day, making for extremely angry customers and many angry e-mails exchanged over the apparently angry Internet service as well. All this anger has resulted from NETeller's problems with the United States government and recently passed bills regarding gambling and gambling online.

The good news is that NETeller is supposedly coming to an agreement with the United States government and has put together the bare bones of a plan that will allow for the redistribution of users money throughout the usual channels. This deal has its roots in the needs of the people to receive the funds that are rightfully reserved for them in accordance with the contract it was laid down with the NETeller's service to begin with. NETeller stock has also begun trading again on the London Stock exchange, a good sign that they intend to continue serving the public. While this might seem like an unimportant detail it certainly is a very important event in the case of NETeller and the entanglement with the United States government regulators. The fact that NETeller is still being traded on the stock market indicates that they have not given up the fight and that they intend to continue operating as a solvent business entity any continuing going concern. While the company has made no statements on whether or not or how soon cash reimbursements will be redistributed amongst those who are owed and have money owed to them, it is a big step simply to see that they are solvent or attempting to become solvent and is coming to some type of agreement with the United States government.

With the new UIEGA regulations in place it is unlikely that NETeller will ever regain its original popularity and success on the Internet, as the crushing bill preventing banking association with online gambling sites restricts many businesses and banking opportunities from operating on the Internet in relation to online gambling and gaming sites of any kind. The adoption of the UIEGA mandate means that NETeller and companies like NETeller will continue to have a more and more difficult time of doing business on the Internet with gaming sites and gambling web scenes.
