Party Poker is offering all its players the opportunity to win 5 exclusive $3,000 packages to the 2010 WPT Celebrity Invitational, an integral part of the LA Poker Classic at the Commerce Casino.

Between the January 25th – 30th, players can use their PartyPoints to enter the daily qualifiers available on the site.The qualifying final will take place at 15.15ET on January 31st , with the top 15 players winning one of the prize packages. Each package includes entry to the WPT Celebrity Invitational event, four night's accommodation and $2,250 spending money. The WPT Celebrity Invitational 2010 will take place on February 20th and 21st, with the final table being played on March 3rd.

New players will also have the chance to get to LA. Players only need to make a first real money deposit between January 25th and February 6th  and they will be able to play in a special freeroll taking place at 14.45ET on the February 7th. The winner will join the celebrities and poker pros for the super-hot main event.

The 2010 WPT Celebrity Invitational will feature a $200,000 total prize pool as well as  a $25,500 seat to the World Poker Tour World Championship for the event winner. Every participant will have the opportunity during the first two hours of play to do a one-time $200 "re-buy" to receive an extra $10,000 in chips and get back in the game. These re buys will benefit Chrysalis, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping economically disadvantaged and homeless individuals become self-sufficient through employment opportunities. Additionally, Chrysalis received a limited number of seats to help boost critical fundraising support anyone who makes a donation of $5,000 or more to the organization will receive entry into the event.
