Full Tilt Poker signs British Pro James ‘Flushy’ Dempsey

Leading online poker site FullTiltPoker.com has announced the addition of British pro James ‘Flushy’ Dempsey as part of its Red Pro team of sponsored professional players.

Thanks to this exclusive sponsorship deal, he 27 year old player from Brighton in East Sussex native joins fellow British WSOP bracelet winners Praz Bansi and Richard Ashby as part of Full Tilt Poker's Red Pro team. Dempsey will also play online at Full Tilt Poker and will represent the site at land-based events around the world. “Flushy”is also expected to make official debut during the Poker Million contest, which began airing this month in the UK on Sky Sports.

Dempsey has over $1 million in online tournament earnings and over $735,000 in live tournament cashes since 2005, including $197,470 for winning his first World Series Of Poker (WSOP) bracelet at this year’s $1,500 buy-in pot-limit Hold’em event. Dempsey also pocketed $301,789 after finishing second to Sammy Farha in the $10,000 buy-in WSOP Omaha High-Low Split-Eight Or Better World Championship.
