That is correct. This offer is for NEW accounts only.
Fabrizio is also correct, even if you have an FTP account you can still earn money from the free poker offer because you can sign up as an affiliate and you'll get paid for referring players. Maybe you've got friends or family who are interested but don't want to deposit any money, get signed up as an affiliate and give them your referral code.
